Where do they put up the big famous christmas tree in New York City?

I am trying to figure it out..for some reason i cant think of the place its located.. im wanting to say its either rockfeller centre or madison square garden.. if you could help it would be greatly appreciated!

There are a ton of really great first class hotels way more than I can name, though they tend to cost a ton especially if you are going during the holiday season. To stay at a nice classy hotel in manhattan you will probably be charged $300 + per night. Definitely go to some travel websites, like hotels.com or travelocity.com to find out prices for the specific time you are going. But if you are planning on staying in Manhattan you won't find a cheap hotel.
Reply:Rockefeller Center is in Midtown, on 51st Street. and 6th Ave(aka, Avenue of the Americas, A of A) There are a million great hotels within a couple blocks - The Plaza, The Waldorf Astoria, The St. Regis, The Mandarin, the Omni, The New York Palace, and on and on...
Reply:Rockerfeller Center. Take the B, D, V, or F to 47-50 Street leave the train by the 50 Street exit and walk around the corner.
